Born and raised in Oakland, CA, Daniel is a professional in the film industry and father of two.

He bought his first condo as a client of Hugh’s back in 2012. When he and his wife married, they purchased a new home and kept the condo as a rental. They’ve now grown their portfolio to 3 rental properties, all as clients of Savanna.

Daniel recently became a licensed agent and joined the Savanna team with the hopes of guiding other SoCal locals in finding undervalued properties to start their own real estate journey!
